With over 15 years across APAC, he has driven innovation across a wide range of commerce platforms—including owned, e-retail, marketplaces, social, and OMO— as well as implementing AI in marketing from early days while holding positions such as Global Director of Commerce & Digital Assistants at the Dentsu Group and Global Head of eCommerce at the Shiseido Group.
